Orders are sent via Australia Post. We do our best to ensure all orders are sent on the next working day.
You should allow up to 5 working days to receive your parcel (delivery to remote locations may take longer). Australia Post will send parcel tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
The Packaging Centre is not responsible for any damage to items once your order has left our premises.
General conditions of refund or exchange
Bags / pouches are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged unless product is faulty.
Refund is available within 7 days of receiving goods.
Delivery costs are not refundable, and goods must be returned at the customer's expense.
Goods are to be returned in original packaging and in “AS NEW” condition. Copy of Receipt to be included.

Faulty bags / pouches will be refunded or exchanged once quality assurance has inspected the products.
